We are so excited to invite you to vend and/or table at Bridge City Music Festival! We have some great improvements we are working towards this year including a two-day vending slot!
Location: Camp Chicagami 3755 Scout Camp Road, Eveleth, MN 55734 OURDOORS.
Secondly, due to many missed deadlines last year, we will be offering a discount to those who pay early, and increasing late fees, the later payment is made (except in extenuating circumstances when a later date is pre-arranged with the vendor manager). PLEASE NOTE: Vendor fees are considered donations to participate and are NON-REFUNDABLE should you not be able to attend for any reason.
Please keep in mind that the majority of our communications will be done via email. If and when you are accepted as a vendor, you will receive an acceptance email containing all of the information you need pertaining to the event and your booth.

Please be sure to read over ALL vendor disclosures HERE prior to applying. By submitting your vendor application, you are stating that you have fully read, understood, and agree to all vendor disclosures and rules/conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A PRIMARILY OURDOOR EVENT! All vendors must bring their own table(s), tent(s), and chairs and are individually responsible for their own items and sales. We require each vendor to have tents that protect their booth from general outdoor elements. If the weather is unreasonable to hold the event outdoors, the event will either be postponed or canceled. Such decisions are announced closer to the event. It is your responsibility to check the BCMF Facebook and Website for such decisions and updates.
