COVID-19 Disclosures

As COVID-19 regulations at the City, County, State and even Federally are continually fluctuating, we ask everyone involved with Bridge City Music Festival to be responsible for themselves and participate at their own discretion.

 As of now, our current COVID-19 policies, procedures and precautions include the following:

  • All food vendors are to wear a mask/face shield while stationed at their booth
  • All vendors are to wear a mask/face shield while engaging in close contact, retail, or otherwise business interactions with shoppers/customers/clients etc.  
  • If the weather is nice and we are able to host the event outdoors in the park as planned, all visitors are asked to use their own discretion whether they would like to wear a mask/face shield or not. 
  • If the event should get moved indoors due to poor weather conditions, we ask all visitors and participants of any kind to please wear a mask/face shield when in the building as per current city ordinances.
  • Artists and performers will not be asked to wear their masks/face shields on stage while preforming. However, we do ask that they wear a mask/face shield at their merchandise booth when in close interactions with guests/fans.
  • Volunteers are asked to have a mask/face shield with them at all times to wear when in close contact with a guest/other participant. 
  • Hand sanitizer and disposable masks will be made available at the Bridge City Music Festival Information Booth. 
  • We ask and encourage ALL FOOD AND PRODUCT VENDORS to have a hand sanitizer available at each of their stations. 
  • In order to help reduce COVID exposure and to help keep the park area clean, we ask everyone to please be responsible for your own masks. Do not leave disposable masks on the ground, on tables, on benches etc. Please throw them away in a proper disposal can when you are done using them.
  • Bridge City Music Festival is not responsible for and holds no liability in any participant at our event contracting COVID-19 or any other health condition. Each individual is expected to be liable for themselves and their decision to participate. 

Vendor Disclosures

Bridge City Music Festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, whether personal or merchandise. It is the responsibility of the vendor to supervise their booth at all times through the entire duration of the event. Each vendor is responsible for their own operations, obtaining their own permits, licensures, etc. Bridge City Music Festival holds no responsibility or liability in the vendors operations. Musician Disclosures

All musicians and crew are responsible for their own equipment, merchandise, and time during room and board and travel. Bridge City Music Festival is not responsible for or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment, other personal items or merchandise. Volunteer Disclosures

All volunteers are responsible for themselves during event. Bridge City Music Festival is not responsible for or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items. For assistance during the event please contact Lana Morrow 218-994-9414.
